Replacement and Return Policy

• Items can be exchanged as long as they are in their original condition and within 14 days of receipt.
• Personal use products, cosmetics, and similar items are non-returnable, as per the Consumer Protection Law No. 26 of 2023.
• In the case of a damaged or unusable item, a full review of the order will be conducted within 3 days of receipt.
• Customers have the right to inspect the order for package integrity and can refuse delivery if any damage is found.
• If the customer refuses to accept the order for any personal reason, they will be required to cover the full shipping cost.
